The Wellness Current was created to offer a different kind of wellness experience — one that feels grounded, approachable, and personal.
With a background in personal training, boxing, and holistic health, Nicolette brings together strength training and mindful movement in a way that supports both the body and nervous system.
She created this space for people who don’t feel at home in traditional gyms — where sessions are intentionally small, supportive, and focused on helping you feel stronger and more connected over time.
Her approach is simple:
movement should feel good, wellness should feel accessible, and you deserve to feel supported every step of the way.
